it is really a hotel that has been well maintained even after 3 years of lockdown. Really happy by picking tis hotel as our leisure short holidays getaway after pandemic. Staffs were really helpful especially Fazly from Essence cafe, all F&B staffs from kitchen to cafe front service staffs as they really worked extremely hard as hotel guests were so many of us…. chefs made sure food is replenished and food quality was really good especially Xmas eve dinner. I stayed at level 14 n the housekeeping staffs were so helpful. Keep up the good work to all Holiday Inn Mcca staffs!

The Hotel is centrally located and easy to get food outside the Hotel and Melaka Ole-Ole which is across the road from Holiday Inn is the best place to buy souvenirs from Malacca. It has the best parking and so many parking space near the Lobby and covered parking below the lobby and it is free and you could also reserve a parking space. It has shuttle going to Mahkota Paradae and Stadhuys [Red Building] every 2 hours and return but must book in advance. They have Executive Lounge which we fully used. Their pillows are really very comfortable.

checked-in for my wife's birthday vacation. 1. check-in process is excellent! - front desk staff named Eveline & Alizza (if im not mistaken the name) were very helpful and friendly. they even planned for a slice of cake to be sent to the room for a small celebration. small things but meaningful. 2. as the matter of fact, i have stayed @ Holiday-Inn Melaka, for a couple of times, whenever i go travel there. Holiday-Inn is without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed in, in Melaka.

The front staff went above and beyond to follow-up on some requests that we had when we checked in. They provide excellent service! The hotel is a short walk to the shopping malls, eateries and attraction area. They do have a shuttle bus from the hotel to the attraction area, but we didn't need or use it. Price was reasonable for the stay. It's not a luxury hotel, but it was clean and staff was awesome.

I love the panoramic view of Strait of Malacca from hotel window. On good days you can see few ships pass through. Its walking distance to Sopping complexes and eateries. This time around I did not eat at hotel's food outlet.
