Room is big and clean.. easy parking at the hotel premise especially for motorbike. There are EV charging lot too. Breakfast is well spread.. there is a clean swimming pool and a spa too. This is my 5 time stay at Holiday Inn... the staff are all friendly and service is superb... there also function hall that can accomodate wedding and birthday party... there are live band too.... but sorry cant tell when is the live band available and till what time. There is a bar and can watch live football match.. shopping malls and food centre can be easily find near the hotel. Just cross over the road and you can see malls, food centre and the sight seeing place such as Taming sari, rickshaw ride and walk a bit more you can enjoy the river cruise... really love staying at Holiday Inn. Thank you to all the staff at Holiday Inn for the excellent service. Will be there in Feb 2024.. 😊

We did a booking absolutely unplanned, because after a couple hours in Melaka we made a decision to stay for a night. So we are family of 3 (2 adults and kid 5yo)we were looking for a hotel with pool and breakfast, close to the city center. Luckily the hotel had enough rooms and we did a booking same day as check in . The room was nice , the hotel pool with infinity view, the breakfast was full of choice! We had a good experience.

This time, TV had bad reception, reported it to front desk and technician came within less than 5 minutes, impressive. Will definitely be back again.😁

The room standard size is spacious, not cramped. Bed, toilet are cleaned. The range of Dove toiletries are very good. The lifts, swimming pool are not very crowded hence rather enjoying atmosphere. The Essence Kitchen is very spacious and nearby toilets are clean and have sufficient cubicles.
